A little Help to me nephew

Some of you know me personally and I never ever asked for a help even for a little one!!!
Unfortunately, this isn’t just a spam or someone stealing my profile to cheat. Sadly, it’s real.
As you can see I am not on a social platforms at the moment or something has changed.It’s for a reason.
But…
I’m reaching out with something very close to my heart. My nephew has recently been diagnosed with a very serious illness, and while he is receiving the best possible care, the costs of treatment and hospital support are overwhelming.
I don’t want to ask for loans or put anyone in a difficult position, but if you feel able to contribute,even something small like 5, 10$ or whatever amount feels right,it would make a real difference. Every bit of support helps us cover the medical expenses and gives my nephew the chance he deserves. 10 years old gangster. He said he want to spend the Christmas with his family (with us) at home not in a hospital! That’s why the treatment is very important! I’m also trying to help, and I gave my saved money so I could support.
When I will be a millionaire or my nephew ( because he said he will trade on a stock market 10 years old 😎❤️and he will buy me an Island ❤️ ) and he will help to everyone who needs a help because he will be rich and he want to help to anyone 🙈🫶🏻! Anyway I don’t want to beg because I know everyone has problems!
You guys know me I’m trying my best and always tried to make things alone. Now I’m really alone and I don’t know what to do honestly. My parents are trying to speak with the insurance company to make the treatment cheaper or help to us, we will see. 🙈🤷🏼♂️
Last thing! And the main thing!!!! Don’t feel bad if you can’t help just pray one night and it will be definitely enough!!!!
